SelecTouch Corporation (SelecTouch) appeals a judgment for money damages and attorneys' fees entered against it following a non-jury trial. Perfect Starch, Inc. (Perfect) and Second Source Systems, Inc. (Second Source) sued SelecTouch for breach of contract and breach of warranty relating to electronic membrane switch panels manufactured by SelecTouch. In three issues, SelecTouch challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial court's finding that the switch panels were improperly manufactured, which caused them to fail. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
